• Pricing discount applies to the total number of vines purchased, not per variety.
• Orders under 500 vines must be paid in full at the time of the order.
• Orders over 500 vines must pay a 1/3 deposit at the time of the order, 1/3 on Jan. 1 and the remaining 1/3 on April 1.
• A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled orders before January 1st.
• No order cancellations will be accepted after January 1. All cancellations after January 1 forfeit full deposit.
• Shipping and Handling is and estimate only and will be finalized at the time of shipment. Any difference in the estimate and the actual cost will be automatically charged or credited to the credit card on file.
• It is the customer's responsibility to review the ship date and shipping address on the order. The customer must contact us at least one week in advance if any changes are to be made to either. If the shipping address is incorrect, delays and/or additional charges may occur, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Accounts not paid in full one month after shipment are subject to a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%).
• If full payment has not been received within 30 days of delivery, without prior arrangements, accounts may be handed over to collection services and result in additional costs including the account balance plus any legal fees incurred by Northeastern Vine Supply, Inc.
• We reserve the right to substitute bare root for potted vines and vice versa depending on availability, with notice to the customer.
