Warranty

Northeastern Vine Supply, Inc. is not responsible for damages or loss beyond our control. All vines are guaranteed to be true to variety. We are so confident that we can avoid variety mix ups, that we offer twice the number of vines as replacements for any vine that is not true to variety. All vines are shipped in good, living condition.

All bare root vines must be planted by June 15 and all potted vines by June 20 for claims to be accepted. Check order promptly upon receiving and call or e-mail us with any problems. We will replace any vine that fails to grow immediately after planting.  Growing practices will be verified on an individual basis. We do not replace vines that do not survive the winter, or that died after they began to grow. It is mutually agreed that this is the total extent of our liability involving any matter concerning our stock.
